Common questions

I bought something and did not receive it

Open the game, go to the Shop tab and tap Restore Purchases. Permanent items (Overclock Core, Deep Cryo Vault) will be restored. If a Dark Matter pack did not arrive, email me with the date and I will sort it out.

I lost my progress

Progress is stored on your device only — there is no account and no cloud save. Deleting the app deletes your save. Permanent purchases can always be restored with the button above; the run itself cannot.

How do I restart from scratch?

Delete and reinstall the app. There is no in-game wipe button, deliberately — it is too easy to hit by accident.

Does it use my data?

No. The game collects nothing, has no analytics, and makes no network calls except to Apple for purchases. See the privacy policy.
