Open the game, go to the Shop tab and tap Restore Purchases. Permanent items (Overclock Core, Deep Cryo Vault) will be restored. If a Dark Matter pack did not arrive, email me with the date and I will sort it out.
Progress is stored on your device only — there is no account and no cloud save. Deleting the app deletes your save. Permanent purchases can always be restored with the button above; the run itself cannot.
Delete and reinstall the app. There is no in-game wipe button, deliberately — it is too easy to hit by accident.
The game itself collects nothing: no accounts, no analytics, and your save never leaves your device. It does not track you and does not read your advertising identifier.
The one exception is the optional Supply Drop reward video. If you choose to watch one, Google serves it and receives technical information such as your IP address and device type in order to do so. Ads are non-personalised. If you never tap it, no ad request is ever made. See the privacy policy.
